Sitting at the back of an enormous lecture theatre, sometimes with headphones in ears, other times writing in my draft
copy of this very journal, and sometimes drawing all over previous entries, i got a good idea of what Screen Media was about,
more the dynamics of the class than the actual content itself.
Heres hoping it shows in this journal.
I look at the Screen Media class as the one that thins out the ranks for those who are really into what they do.
You see the first lecture stadium-packed, as the weeks go on, more and more people don't show up.
But it doesn't worry me, didn't make me think "Shit, this is a waste of time".
I've enjoyed it, the people who have stayed enjoy it and now the class is filled with cordial-cool. A concentrated version
of devoted Screen Medites.
Definately a "Half glass full" kind of perspective for a "Class half full" situaition.
